Project Intent

Trinity Preparatory School of Florida’s Nochur Sankar Science Center was envisioned as a place where inquiry leads the experience and the environment itself reinforces the spirit of scientific discovery. Rooted in natural science, the design draws inspiration from organic structure, material honesty, and purposeful texture to create spaces that feel both grounded and energizing. Sustainable, durable materials were selected to support active learning while expressing authenticity and resilience, mirroring the iterative nature of experimentation and exploration. The result is a future-ready destination that fosters curiosity, collaboration, and campus connection, offering students an inspiring setting to investigate, test ideas, and thrive. Workscapes provided furniture throughout the center, supporting 9 classrooms, 11 labs, 3 collaboration areas, 3 lobbies, 2 private offices, 1 conference room, and 3 breakrooms.
