Client: Tampa General Hospital

Project Location: Tampa, Florida

Completion Date: February 2026

This project brings together a combination of Workscapes’ solutions in furniture and modular walls to craft a seamless and adaptable workspace.

Project Intent

The center houses Tampa General’s innovation team, TGH Ventures, analytics and IT departments, and the headquarters of the Tampa Medical and Research District, creating an environment where interdisciplinary teams can rapidly move ideas from concept to real-world implementation. The building also serves as the Tampa headquarters for Palantir Technologies, strengthening collaboration between healthcare leaders and advanced data and artificial intelligence experts working to improve care delivery and operational performance.

Designed to support experimentation and collaboration, the Innovation Center includes classrooms, event and collaboration spaces, production studios, and a “hospital room of the future” that demonstrates emerging clinical technologies and new models of care. These spaces allow teams to prototype solutions, test new workflows, and host innovation events that connect startups, healthcare providers, and technology partners. Workscapes provided DIRTT modular walls and furniture throughout the Innovation Center, helping create a flexible, adaptable environment that can evolve alongside rapidly advancing healthcare technologies. The modular wall systems support reconfiguration as teams grow, new technologies emerge, and collaboration needs change, ensuring the space remains agile and future-focused.

The result is a dynamic destination where healthcare innovators can come together to explore ideas, test solutions, and shape the next era of patient care.
