Energy Insurance Mutual’s new office in Midtown Tampa brings together sophistication, flexibility, and connection in a workplace designed around the employee experience. In partnership with Gensler, Workscapes helped create a cohesive environment with a variety of settings that allow employees to focus, collaborate, meet, and recharge throughout the day.

Project Intent
The vision for the new 16,000-square-foot office was to create a sophisticated workplace that feels professional without sacrificing comfort or connection. A variety of settings were incorporated throughout the space to support focused work, meetings, collaboration, and moments of connection away from the desk.
Working alongside Gensler, Workscapes provided furnishings throughout the office, including Knoll private offices, meeting spaces, a multi-purpose room, café, and work café. Each area was furnished with its purpose in mind while maintaining a consistent design language across the workplace.
The finished environment gives Energy Insurance Mutual a workplace that feels cohesive, welcoming, and adaptable. Employees can transition naturally between individual work, team meetings, and informal interactions, creating an office that supports both productivity and a stronger sense of connection.
