Two Annual Traditions That Hold a Special Place in Our Hearts

WeCare: Fostering Creativity, Community, and Holiday Joy

Each holiday season, Workscapes proudly joins MillerKnoll and local Architecture & Design firms to participate in WeCare, a cherished annual event that brings creativity, generosity, and community spirit to life. WeCare unites design professionals across the country with Boys & Girls Clubs to create meaningful holiday gifts that children can proudly share with their families.

In each of our markets, Workscapes partners with local A&D firms to create hands-on workshop spaces where children can explore and create. Designers work alongside the kids as they make personalized gifts such as ornaments, artwork, and simple keepsakes. The experience encourages creativity, builds confidence, and gives children a chance to express themselves through thoughtful, design-focused activities.

Beyond the crafts themselves, WeCare represents something much deeper. It is a commitment to strengthening community ties and making a positive impact on the lives of young people. It is a reminder that design is not just about shaping spaces. It is also about shaping connections, nurturing creativity, and giving back with purpose.

At Workscapes, we are grateful to be part of an event that reflects our values and reinforces the importance of caring for the communities where we live and work. WeCare continues to inspire us each year, and we look forward to growing this meaningful tradition with our partners in the years to come.

Light The Night: Walking Together in Honor, Hope, and Strength

Workscapes is deeply honored to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night, a moving and powerful event dedicated to bringing hope to those affected by blood cancers. Each year, communities across the nation gather to celebrate survivors, honor those lost, and stand in solidarity with families whose lives have been touched by leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers. Lanterns filled with light illuminate the night sky and serve as symbols of courage, remembrance, and unwavering support.

Light The Night brings together companies, families, volunteers, and sponsors to raise vital funds that fuel groundbreaking research, advance innovative therapies, and ensure that patients and their loved ones have access to the information, support, and care they need. This event is more than a walk. It is a collective act of compassion and a testament to the strength of a community determined to create a world without cancer.

For Workscapes, Light The Night holds a profound and personal meaning. Our team walks year after year in honor of Will Dvorak, our Chief Revenue Officer and a resilient two-time blood cancer survivor. Will’s courage and recovery inspire us throughout the organization and remind us why it is so important to show up, raise our lanterns high, and contribute to meaningful progress.

Participating in Light The Night reflects who we are as a company. We are passionate, supportive, and committed to making a difference. We are proud to stand with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and our broader community as we honor the past, uplift the present, and champion a brighter, healthier future for all.
