The new 16,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for RIPA & Associates was envisioned as a workplace that reflects the company's continued growth and commitment to its people. Designed to support a workforce of more than 1,200 employees, the renovated environment creates opportunities for collaboration, learning, and connection while providing the flexibility to adapt as the organization continues to evolve.

Project Intent

The project intent focused on creating a modern workplace that promotes collaboration, supports employee development, and provides the flexibility needed for a growing organization. Phase one introduced state-of-the-art training rooms, huddle rooms, 34 private offices, new restrooms, a refreshed lobby, and a communicating staircase that connects the first and second floors, creating a more cohesive and connected workplace experience.

Workscapes furnished both floors of the new office, delivering solutions that support every aspect of the employee experience. The first floor features a welcoming lobby with lounge seating, benches, and occasional tables that establish a strong first impression for employees and visitors alike.

On the second floor, Workscapes provided 46 workstations, 11 private offices, conference and huddle spaces, a café, training rooms, and collaborative gathering areas. The project also included conference tables and seating, guest seating, training tables and chairs, bar-height collaboration spaces, banquette seating, storage solutions, and select furniture relocations from the existing office to maximize value and maintain continuity throughout the transition.

The result is a flexible, high-performance workplace designed to support collaboration, learning, and continued growth while reflecting RIPA & Associates' commitment to investing in its people and the future of the organization.
