Design Intent

Completed in 2021, SkyCenter One provided an opportunity for Workscapes to deliver a comprehensive, cohesive workplace solution across three full floors of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority’s corporate headquarters. Our team furnished a wide range of environments, including private offices, open workstations, collaboration areas, huddle and focus rooms, as well as small and large conference spaces and a centralized breakroom. Each space was thoughtfully planned to support productivity, flexibility, and connection, ensuring a seamless experience for both leadership and staff. The result is a unified workplace that reflects the Authority’s operational excellence while showcasing Workscapes’ ability to execute at scale with precision and consistency.
