The vision for the new space was to create an environment where employees would genuinely want to come to work, one that fosters collaboration, reflects the company culture, and supports future growth.

Project Intent
As Integrated Cooling Solutions entered a new phase of growth, the workplace was envisioned as more than just a larger office. The goal was to create a destination that reflects the company's evolving identity, strengthens culture, and encourages employees to choose the office as a place to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
Spanning 15,000 square feet, the office was thoughtfully planned to support both current operations and future expansion. The scope included 18 private offices, 8 workstations, and 3 common areas, providing a balance of focused workspaces and collaborative environments that accommodate a variety of workstyles.
A key driver of the design was the integration of ICS's new brand identity throughout the space. Fresh colors, materials, and visual elements were incorporated to reinforce the company's rebranding efforts while creating a cohesive and engaging employee experience. Flexibility was also central to the design, ensuring the workplace can adapt alongside the organization's continued growth and evolving needs.
The result is a vibrant, future-focused environment that supports productivity, encourages collaboration, and provides a scalable foundation for the next chapter of Integrated Cooling Solutions.
