The new Orlando headquarters for OneDigital, an employee benefits consulting firm, was designed to reflect the company’s vibrant culture and commitment to innovation. In collaboration with Lori Pedonti Associates Design, this beautifully executed workspace spans 7,513 square feet and features a dynamic mix of private offices, sit-stand open plan workstations, conference rooms, and a large open flex area that serves as both a team collaboration zone and a hospitality hub for hosting client and community events. The space is brought to life with colorful accents, custom artwork, and an inventive lighting design that adds warmth and personality. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to foster connection, flexibility, and inspiration—creating an environment where employees can thrive and clients feel welcomed.
