Charter Research’s new 30,000-square-foot corporate headquarters represents a significant investment in both innovation and care. Located in a newly constructed, Class A, LEED-designed medical office building in downtown Orlando, the space was thoughtfully developed to support Charter’s mission of advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes. The design blends professionalism with accessibility, incorporating a variety of spaces—from a large corporate conference room and private patient consult rooms to open-plan collaborative workstations and a welcoming break area. Each environment was intentionally crafted to facilitate communication, comfort, and efficiency for both staff and patients. By aligning spatial functionality with the organization’s forward-thinking approach to clinical trials, this headquarters empowers Charter Research to continue driving meaningful collaboration and medical advancement in a setting that is both state-of-the-art and human-centered.
