Project Intent
Baker McKenzie reimagined its Tampa office with a progressive, open floor plan and a “free address” strategy that places all workstations along the exterior to maximize natural light and views of downtown. The workspace includes a variety of zones to accommodate different work styles and daily needs. Traditional zones feature modern sit-to-stand desks for focused or small team work, while alternative zones offer more relaxed settings inspired by home offices, coffee shops, and sunrooms. These comfortable areas include lounge seating, exterior views, and seamless connectivity, creating an environment that supports both productivity and well-being.
