The 117,000-square-foot facility is the largest academic building on campus. Half of the space will be research labs dedicated to the school’s vital work on water quality issues in Southwest Florida. In addition to 58,600 square feet of research lab space, the four-story structure will also provide classrooms (23,400 square feet) and teaching labs (15,000 square feet). The new academic center will also bring most of The Water School’s core faculty and staff under one roof.

“I just wanted to extend my appreciation to Workscapes for the recent outstanding service with regard to warranty items. Getting answers and quick warranty claims handling is wonderful. It is great to know that you stand behind your furniture and take care of issues when they do happen. Workscapes has upped the bar again! Thank you for the excellence of your service to FGCU.”
