Schumacher Volkswagen completed a 10,000 sq ft remodel of its showroom and service areas, creating a modern, polished space that aligns with Volkswagen’s brand. The upgrades enhance aesthetics, flow, and comfort, improving the experience for sales and service guests alike.

Located on NCH North Hospital's campus in Naples, the new 3-story HSS at NCH facility delivers top-ranked orthopedic care with 10 Operating Rooms, 23 treatment rooms, and an outpatient surgery center, offering full-spectrum musculoskeletal care under one roof.

Located in Orlando, Florida, this 7,150-square-foot office for a local Orlando law firm is designed to encourage collaboration, attract top talent, and support employee wellbeing, while reflecting and strengthening the firm’s brand culture in a modern, professional environment.

The Jacksonville Showroom was selected for its industrial charm, downtown proximity, and growth potential. Designed to reflect the One Workscapes brand, the space emphasizes versatility, functionality, and modern aesthetics. 

We’re proud to have transformed Workscapes Jacksonville’s former office into the new Jacksonville University College of Law, spanning four floors designed for both function and comfort.

Baker McKenzie launched a global RFP to elevate business services through tech, process, and best practices. In Tampa, they aimed to integrate into the community with a flexible, functional, and welcoming space—truly a “love where you work” environment.

Workscapes supported the Crummer School’s renovation by providing modern, functional furniture that enhances collaboration and productivity, helping transform learning and office spaces to align with Crummer’s mission of developing innovative leaders. 

Metropolitan Ministries’ MiraclePlace Pasco Campus revitalization provides shelter for 48 families, a new Early Childhood Education Center, and an Outreach & Prevention Center. The campus will feature a 10,000 square foot Family Support Center with dignified services and a 10-classroom facility offering affordable, safe, and nourishing childcare for both resident and community families.

OneDigital Headquarters in Orlando, FL is a 7,513 sq ft workspace designed to boost collaboration, attract top talent, and support employee wellbeing. Thoughtfully crafted to reflect brand culture, it creates an inspiring environment where people connect, grow, & succeed together.

Charter Research’s new 30,000 sq ft facility at Mills Park supports clinical research and patient comfort. Featuring vibrant brand-inspired finishes and abundant natural light, it includes open workspaces, private offices, labs, exam rooms, lounges, and breakrooms.

Foley & Lardner’s new three-floor Tampa headquarters delivers a modern, hospitality-inspired workspace that fosters collaboration and flexibility. The design includes open collaboration zones, tech-enabled conference rooms, and ergonomic sit/stand desks throughout.

Gensler Tampa’s new 11,000 sq office at 1001 Water Street features an open layout that promotes innovation and wellness. Thoughtful acoustic treatments provide privacy and sound control, fostering a focused, collaborative space that enhances the overall employee experience.

The Speer YMCA, a Pinellas County Schools and YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg partnership, covers 111,757 sq ft with 15 classrooms, science & TV labs, art/music rooms, 4 ESE classrooms, plus sports fields, gym, garden, lap pool, fitness studios, playground, and childcare.

Paysafe partnered with M Moser, DPR, IMEG, and Workscapes to design their U.S. headquarters, reflecting brand, culture, and sustainability. The space promotes collaboration, inclusion, growth, delivered on time, on budget, with high utilization and engagement.

Located near downtown Orlando, the Porter Family Center for Innovation & Academics opened in August 2023. This 71,000-square-foot facility provides forward-thinking spaces designed to inspire learning, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity for Highlanders.

The Orlando Showroom is designed to inspire and establish a technology-driven hub for Workscapes. This revitalized space allows us to showcase our commercial product offerings in a way that complements the architecture while enhancing office functionality. It serves as a dynamic environment where clients can experience our ability to Discover, Design, and Deliver innovative interior solutions.

Located on Orlando Health’s main campus south of downtown, this groundbreaking facility is the first hospital in Florida solely dedicated to orthopedic care. It offers 75 smart inpatient rooms, 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms, a bioskills lab, & 3D printing lab. 

Opened in August 2022, Florida Polytechnic University’s Applied Research Center provides state-of-the-art laboratories, student design studios, conference rooms, and faculty offices. The two-story facility also includes graduate study areas and administrative space, all designed to support research, teaching, and collaboration at the highest level.

The Water School at FGCU, located in Fort Myers, Florida, takes a comprehensive approach to addressing the most pressing challenges of our water-driven world, with a focus on climate change, natural resources, ecosystem health, and environmental restoration and remediation.
