White & Case’s new 39,000-square-foot global service center at Heights Union in Tampa reflects the firm’s commitment to modern workplace design, sustainability, and global collaboration. The LEED Silver-certified facility, awarded in 2022, features flexible work areas, breakout zones, and a modern layout that promotes efficiency. A standout feature is the rope installation by Pep Rally, created from 4,500 recycled plastic bags, highlighting the firm’s focus on environmental responsibility. With panoramic views and a walkable location, the space balances professionalism with purpose, supporting both team performance and community connection.
