Workscapes Brings on David Loos as a Senior Account Executive

The Workscapes family is excited to welcome David Loos, a senior account executive based out of our Tampa headquarters.

David joins us from The Beaux-Arts Group and brings a deep understanding of GSA and will help be an asset for Workscapes with our new WOSB GSA Package Contract in addition to other sectors of our business. David will serve as an Senior Account Executive based out of the Tampa office but will support other markets we serve as well.

David Loos has more than 17 years of customer service experience with over 7 years in the furniture industry. He has successfully facilitated a variety of projects for corporate, healthcare, higher education, and government clients.

He was born and raised in Tampa and is a proud alumnus of the University of South Florida where he double majored in psychology and criminology. Upon graduating he attended Troy University and completed his Master’s degree.

In 2018, David participated in Leadership Tampa with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and has since Chaired the Transportation Day for subsequent classes. Previously, he was the Policy Chair for Emerging Leaders and currently is the Co-Chair for the Chamber’s Transportation Council. He is also in his second term as Policy Director for IIDA Florida Central Chapter.

In 2019, David ran for Tampa City Council District 1 and though he lost, found the experience extremely enlightening and gratifying. He has served on the Go Fish Community for CREW, ABC Member Committee, and sat on the Steering Committee for the University of Tampa Board of Counselors. Currently, David sits on RISE Tampa Board which helps raise funds for Tampa Police Department, volunteers with Paint Your Heart Out Tampa Bay, delivers for Meals on Wheels and is helping launch Tampa Museum of Art’s NexGen initiative.

In his downtime, you can find David cheering on his favorite soccer club Chelsea FC or hitting the links. He enjoys traveling and has a fondness for historical sites. On his bookcase you will find stories of sales, leadership, and history.

We are excited for David’s future here at Workscapes and the expertise he brings to our team.
