Project Intent

What was once a dark basement is now a dynamic environment featuring 15 executive offices, collaborative workspaces, and a flexible boardroom that doubles as an event venue for local organizations.

This project brought new energy to the heart of downtown by reclaiming underused real estate and turning it into a hub for both business and community. Because the space sits below street level, there was a focus on creating a sense of openness and connection to the outdoors. These elements not only elevate the aesthetic but also enhance employee well-being and productivity, aligning with Workscapes’ commitment to creating environments where people thrive. The result is a striking, high-performance workplace that reflects both the spirit of Sunrise Bank and the vitality of the city it calls home.
