The Masonite Headquarters is a three-story, 56,000+ square foot office building situated in the heart of historic Ybor City. The ground floor features flexible gathering spaces, while the upper levels include a well-balanced mix of private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, and an executive boardroom.

St. Anthony’s newest expansion added a new patient tower with 90 private rooms, new main lobby, & fully renovated cafeteria, lab, & pharmacy facilities. With continued plans for growth, the hospital remains dedicated to delivering the highest quality patient care.

Workscapes headquarters and distribution center in Tampa, Florida—a cutting-edge facility designed to cater to the ever-growing needs of the city. Spanning an impressive 32,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art complex offers a seamless blend of office and distribution space. 

The six-story, 300,000-square-foot addition represents the largest surgical expansion in the Tampa Bay area, with 18 operating rooms and nearly 100 dedicated surgical care beds, as well as shell space for future expansion.​

This 15,000-square-foot law firm includes 60 private offices and diverse collaborative zones. Each floor offers living room-style lounges, café seating, tech-enabled kitchen islands, quiet alcoves, and amenities like ping pong to support focus, connection, and comfort.

This project showcased seamless integration of Furniture & DIRTT solutions, with Workscapes providing full turnkey service. Quiet Professionals, a veteran-founded company, is proudly headquartered on scenic Rocky Point Island in Tampa Bay.

The 40,000 sq ft, five-floor Jacksonville Regional Transit Center includes a CEO Suite, 4 Executive Offices, 56 Staff Offices, and open workstations for 112 employees. Shared spaces feature ticketing, security, dispatch, reception, conference rooms,& breakrooms. 

The headquarters brings all operations under one roof, improving efficiency and fostering greater collaboration across teams. Designed with culture in mind, it includes amenities such as a conferencing center, wellness center, and dining areas overlooking the St. Johns River—all aimed at strengthening company culture and supporting talent attraction.

Baker McKenzie launched a global RFP to elevate business services through tech, process, and best practices. In Tampa, they aimed to integrate into the community with a flexible, functional, and welcoming space—truly a “love where you work” environment.
