Workscapes 2025 Community Impact Report: People Helping People Succeed

At Workscapes, corporate responsibility is not something separate from how we operate. It is built into the way we serve our clients, support our teams, and show up in the communities we call home.

A Year of Purpose, People, and Progress

Our 2025 Community Impact Report reflects a year of meaningful action across Florida, guided by three pillars: WorkWELL, WorkGREEN, and WorkFORCE. Together, these focus areas help shape how we invest our time, expertise, resources, and relationships to create positive impact across our markets.

People Helping People Succeed

In her 2025 letter, Workscapes CEO Elizabeth Dvorak shared a simple but powerful belief: at its core, this work is about people helping people succeed.

That belief came to life throughout the year as our teams mentored students, supported families, volunteered with community organizations, opened our showrooms for nonprofit and industry events, and advanced sustainable practices through responsible design and material reuse.

Behind every initiative are the Workscapes team members who make it possible. Our Community Impact Co-Chairs and Impact Champions continue to lead this work with purpose, helping align our efforts with our core values and the needs of each local market.

WorkWELL: Supporting Health, Wellbeing, and Connection

WorkWELL focuses on the health and wellbeing of our people and our communities. In 2025, our teams continued supporting initiatives such as Blood Cancer United Light The Night, local volunteer engagement, and programs that bring employees together around causes that matter.

WorkWELL also extends inward. At Workscapes, supporting our people means creating moments of connection, stability, and care. From biannual company meetings to team outings across sales, design, and marketing, we prioritize time together. Each year, our offices also close during the final week of the year so our team can step away, spend time with family and friends, and return recharged.

WorkGREEN: Advancing Responsible Design

Sustainability remains a key part of how we design, deliver, and think about long-term impact. Through WorkGREEN, our teams continue to focus on responsible practices that reduce environmental impact and support flexibility for the future.

In 2025, that commitment included zero waste initiatives with partners like IIDA, material reuse efforts, and industry collaboration around building toward a more sustainable future. These efforts reflect our belief that thoughtful workplace solutions can support both people and the planet.

WorkFORCE: Investing in Future Talent

WorkFORCE centers on mentorship, education, and career development. One of the most meaningful examples from 2025 was our continued mentorship work with DeSoto Elementary School.

For our team members, mentoring is more than sharing a lunch. It is about becoming a familiar face, a steady presence, and a source of encouragement for students. That consistency helps build confidence, belonging, and trust.

As Workscapes mentors Ellie Stricker and Bill Greenfield shared in the report, these weekly moments are impactful for both the students and the mentors. They offer perspective, connection, and a reminder of the difference that consistent encouragement can make.

Using Our Space for Good

Throughout the year, Workscapes also continued to open our doors to community partners, nonprofits, and industry organizations after regular hours. Through our Use Our Space for Good initiative, our showrooms became gathering places for board meetings, donor appreciation events, educational classes, networking opportunities, and association programming.

From Tampa and Orlando to Fort Myers and Jacksonville, our spaces supported organizations such as SMPS, CREW, BOMA, IIDA, UF College of Design, Construction and Planning, and other community partners.

A Year Worth Celebrating

The 2025 report captures a year filled with volunteerism, mentorship, sustainability, collaboration, and connection. It also reflects the energy of our people, the employees who continue to show up with passion, adaptability, dedication, coachability, and dependability.

As we look ahead, Workscapes remains committed to building on this momentum with intention. We will continue expanding partnerships, strengthening engagement, and aligning our efforts with the areas where we can make the greatest impact.

Because when we invest in our people, our communities, and our shared future, we create more than beautiful spaces. We create meaningful change.
