The Masonite Headquarters is a three-story, 56,000+ square foot office building situated in the heart of historic Ybor City. The ground floor features flexible gathering spaces, while the upper levels include a well-balanced mix of private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, and an executive boardroom.

Baker McKenzie launched an RFP for a global initiative to enhance their business services teams through technology, process redesign, and best practices. In Tampa, they aimed to not just exist, but integrate into the community with a space that embodies "The New Great Place to Work." They wanted a "love where you work" environment with functionality, comfort, and flexibility, which Workscapes successfully brought to life

The Orlando Showroom is designed to inspire and establish a technology-driven hub for Workscapes. This revitalized space allows us to showcase our commercial product offerings in a way that complements the architecture while enhancing office functionality. It serves as a dynamic environment where clients can experience our ability to Discover, Design, and Deliver innovative interior solutions.

The Jacksonville Showroom was selected for its industrial charm, downtown proximity, and growth potential. Designed to reflect the One Workscapes brand, the space emphasizes versatility, functionality, and modern aesthetics. It showcases premier furniture, architectural elements, and integrated technology, all within a bright, open environment enhanced by natural light and high ceilings. The flexible layout includes collaborative areas, meeting rooms, and event-ready spaces that foster teamwork and innovation.
