Back in April, we officially launched our 2025 campaign, “Count on Me, Count on Us,” at our biannual company meeting. It was a powerful moment that energized our team and set the tone for the year ahead. Now, as we reach the halfway point of 2025, we’re taking time to reflect on how that message has taken root and continued to guide us in meaningful ways.
This year’s theme is rooted in a powerful idea: individual accountability leads to collective success. “Count on Me” highlights the personal responsibility each team member brings to our clients, our partners, and one another. “Count on Us” reflects the strength of our team when those individual commitments come together. This mindset has guided our work, shaped our culture, and inspired how we show up every day.
Across our Florida locations—from Orlando and Tampa to Fort Myers and Jacksonville—this campaign has taken hold in real and visible ways. Team members have stepped up to solve challenges in the field, supported clients with thoughtful solutions, and collaborated across departments to keep projects moving forward. These actions are reminders that our strength lies in how we support one another and show up with intention.
We’ve also celebrated the theme in fun and meaningful ways. From internal shout-outs to social content and team events, we've taken time to highlight those who embody the spirit of “Count on Me, Count on Us.” These are not just marketing moments; they are reflections of who we are.
