Elizabeth Dvorak is the Owner and CEO of Workscapes, Inc. She founded the company in 1998 and has been in the industry over twenty-four (24) years. Orlando Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year and Business Owner of the year for 2006. Workscapes is currently one of the largest woman owned businesses in the state of Florida.

Richard (Dick) Dvorak is the President of Workscapes, Inc. His wife, Elizabeth Dvorak, founded the company in 1998. Dick is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he earned a B.A. degree in Business. He has extensive experience in executive management and worked in upper management for several national organizations prior to the founding of Workscapes.
Recognized for his strong leadership skills, Dick effectively inspires his team and passionately advocates a balance between career and family life for both himself and his employees.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. He is currently responsible for all operational and financial activities at Workscapes. He has extensive experience in both senior leadership running dealership operations and finances as well as consulting the industry on workflow analysis and improvement. He heads up the state wide team focused on world class customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.
Matt graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Matt holds a Certificate of Public Accounting from the state of Connecticut.

Christie joined the Workscapes team in 1999. Her professional experience includes over, twenty years in the fields of interior design and corporate sales and management. She is a graduate of Rollins College where she earned a B.A. Degree in Organizational Communication.
She is an active member of the Central Florida community, both as an industry leader and volunteer. Christie currently serves as a Board Member, Treasurer of Orange Blossom Trail Development Agency and Chapter President for NAIOP Central Florida. She is also on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee of Orlando, Inc., and Board of Directors for Urban Think Foundation.

Jillian joined the Workscapes team in 1999. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her B.S. Degree in Interior Design and minored in Architecture and English. Jillian’s professional experience includes over 25 years in the office furniture industry.
Sarah Bermudez Market President | Jacksonville Office
In 2004, Sarah started her career in the corporate interior furniture industry in Detroit, Michigan and relocated to Jacksonville in 2008 to join the Herman Miller team. Her success in this role and as team player promoted her to the Director position for Workscapes.
Sarah is responsible for the overall office growth and profitability in Jacksonville, while mentoring and managing her Sales, Design, and Project Management team with a focus on a successful Customer Experience within all levels of a project.

Brad’s 20-plus years of progressive leadership, management, and corporate coaching experience includes extensive work with internal subject matter experts, senior executives, business partners, and vendors. Additionally, he has more than 15 years of new employee on-boarding, training-the-trainer, and presentation experience.
Brad holds a Master of Education Psychology from Michigan State University and participants in numerous trade associations.

William Rueda, a native from Bogota, Colombia tackles the contract industry with a unique level of energy, great pace and integrity. William Graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1999 and kicked off is career as a Jr. Designer for a Steelcase dealer in Miramar, Florida.
For the past 10 years William lead and managed the Design & Project Management Departments for a local Herman Miller Dealer previous to joining the Workscapes family. As Director and Sr. Designer William supports different aspects of Workscapes projects with his technical knowledge, space planning, and experience in the industry.
Hector Sierra Information Technology and Facilities Manager LinkedIn
Hector Sierra is a diverse IT professional and certified Project Manager. He started working on the IT field in 1990 while obtaining his systems administration and systems engineering degrees in his natal city Bogota, Colombia.
After his bachelor’s graduation as systems engineer on 1996, He moved to United States where he worked in a multi-site floral industry where he developed and applied his telecommunications, network and server administration, and managerial skills. On 2006, he started working on the banking industry where he developed and applied among others his IT security, compliance and technology expertise.
