	Education and Government projects are a specialty of Workscapes. We have government sales specialists that know how these institutions operate and the requirements of their purchasing systems. Dedicated project management and customer service allow Workscapes to meet the sometimes complex needs of our Education and Government clients. Florida International University - Workscapes assisted in the furnishing of the school of Medicine and has continued to service the account with additions and other services related to campus growth for this institution near Miami. Indian River Community College - One of the fastest growing parts of the state is Indian River County near Port St. Lucie. For this project Workscapes provided the furnishings for a new building in 2004 and continues to assist the college with campus growth. Valencia Community College - A long standing client since 1999. Workscapes has provided many solutions including furnishings and high density storage systems. This important project dealt with the issues of space for the students and managing critical documents. Seminole Community College - A new client that is rapidly growing in Seminole County included furnishing two new campus buildings in 2007. Rollins College - A small private college in Winter Park , Florida known for their outstanding liberal arts curriculum and MBA program at the Crummer School of Business. Workscapes has provided indoor and outdoor solutions ranging from the President’s office to benches throughout the common areas of the campus. City of Boca Raton - A municipality that is growing rapidly and needed to manage that growth with effective space management. Workscapes’ Fort Lauderdale Office has been actively involved over the past 4 years in working with the City to help manage these challenges. Orange County - One of the fastest growing counties in the USA, Orange County and its Board of Education have been a key client of Workscapes since 1999. Marion County- Located near Gainesville, Florida, Marion County Government is a new client. Projects include an expansion of their Administration facilities and a renovated Home Center location.
