Workscapes Miami has opened in Brickell to offer its office furniture and designs to tenants moving into new offices. With two office buildings completed in downtown and Brickell, Met 2 Finacial Center and 1450 Brickell, the company saw an opportunity to expand by opening a showroom at 1330 S Miami Ave. "Miami has its own distinctive culture and we are excited abou the opportunity to offer cutting-edge office spaces that are more in tune with the city's vibrant lifestyles," said Dick Dvorak, Workscapes president. "The Miami showroom is a great addition to our other locations in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando." The company, founded in 1998, creates designs for office spaces, ranging from corporate to medical and government. Its clients include University of Miami, Greenberg Traurig and basketball team Orlando Magic.
